Strategic Workshops & Masterclasses
Practical frameworks.
Real-world experience.
Actionable outcomes.
Effective marketing workshops should do more than introduce concepts. They should challenge existing thinking, build practical capabilities, and give teams the confidence to put new strategies into action.
At Piccinno Strategic Marketing, we design and deliver interactive workshops that connect strategic thinking with real-world business challenges. Drawing on more than 20 years of international marketing leadership experience, our sessions combine proven frameworks, practical exercises, and actionable takeaways tailored to your team's objectives.
Led by Paola Piccinno, our workshops cover B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, marketing measurement, account-based marketing, and cross-cultural growth. Each session is designed to help participants develop relevant skills, align around shared priorities, and translate learning into measurable business progress.
Available in person across Panama City and selected international markets, or virtually worldwide. Delivered in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Workshop 1
B2B Marketing Mastery: Attracting and Converting Business Clients
Your blueprint for winning high-value business — not just vanity leads
B2B buying has evolved. Buyers are increasingly self-directed, purchasing decisions involve multiple stakeholders, and generic outreach often struggles to create meaningful engagement.
Our B2B Marketing Mastery workshop equips commercial teams with a practical framework for identifying high-value opportunities, building trust with decision-makers, and generating more relevant sales conversations.

Workshop 2
GTM Accelerator: Successfully Launching Your Next Product, Service, or Market Expansion
A structured framework to de-risk your launch and build immediate market momentum
Successful go-to-market execution requires more than a strong product or service. It depends on understanding the market, defining a compelling value proposition, aligning internal teams, and selecting the right channels to reach prospective customers.
Our GTM Accelerator workshop provides a structured, hands-on approach to planning product launches, service introductions, and market expansion. Participants work through the essential elements of go-to-market strategy, from positioning and audience definition to channel selection and execution planning.

Workshop 3
Marketing ROI and Measurement: Proving the Commercial Value
Cutting through the data noise to connect marketing spend directly to revenue
Marketing performance is often measured through clicks, impressions, and engagement metrics that reveal little about its contribution to business growth. Connecting marketing investment with commercial outcomes requires a clearer approach to measurement and accountability.
Our Marketing ROI and Measurement workshop helps marketing professionals and business leaders identify meaningful performance indicators, evaluate investment effectiveness, and connect marketing activity with sales pipeline and revenue.
Built around the "Three Rs" framework — Reputation, Relationships, and Revenue — the session provides a practical approach to measuring what matters and making more informed marketing investment decisions.

Differentiating actionable KPIs from vanity metrics
-

Workshop 4
ABM in Action: The Strategic Framework for Landing and Expanding High-Value Enterprise Accounts
A step-by-step methodology to identify, engage, and close your top-tier target accounts
For B2B organizations targeting high-value accounts with complex buying cycles, traditional broad-based marketing approaches often lack the precision needed to engage key decision-makers effectively.
Our ABM in Action workshop introduces a structured approach to account-based marketing, helping teams identify priority accounts, coordinate sales and marketing activities, and create more relevant engagement strategies across the buying committee.
Drawing on enterprise ABM experience with organizations including Capgemini, MYOB, and Schneider Electric, Paola brings practical insights into the challenges of building and executing account-focused marketing programs.

Cross-Cultural Marketing and Global Growth: Navigating International Markets with Cultural Intelligence
Expand across borders without costly cultural missteps
Entering new international markets requires more than adapting language or replicating an existing marketing strategy. Cultural expectations, buyer behaviours, business relationships, and communication styles can differ significantly between regions.
Our Cross-Cultural Marketing and Global Growth workshop helps business leaders navigate these differences and develop more effective approaches to international expansion.
Drawing on Paola's extensive experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, alongside her work teaching international business and marketing, the session combines cultural intelligence with practical marketing and business development frameworks.
